- get a skin rash that may comprise itchy, red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin
- get tightness in the chest or throat
- have trouble breathing or talking
- have mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat start swelling
- could be having a severe allergic reaction and may need immediate treatment in hospital.
Some medicines do not blend well with tadalafil. Tell a doctor if you’re consuming these medicines before you start tadalafil:
- Nitrates for chest pain
- Riociguat for pulmonary hypertension
- Combining tadalafil with herbal cures and supplements
- Few complementary remedies may have ingredients that could hinder tadalafil and induce side effects.
